SharonAI Holdings has outlined an ambitious plan to expand its artificial intelligence computing platform in Australia, presenting its “neocloud” strategy alongside details of a substantial funding pipeline during a recent investor conference.

During a presentation at the RedChip AI Investor Conference, the company’s leadership positioned SharonAI as an “AI-native” infrastructure provider focused on delivering high-performance cloud computing tailored for advanced artificial intelligence workloads.

The strategy centres on building sovereign compute capacity within Australia, enabling businesses, governments, and research institutions to access large-scale processing power domestically.

Executives highlighted a funding trajectory totalling approximately seven hundred seventy million dollars, combining completed capital raises with planned financing initiatives.

This includes a previously secured one hundred million dollar convertible note, alongside additional capital earmarked to support rapid deployment of next-generation graphics processing units and expansion of data centre capacity.

The company’s approach emphasises vertically integrated infrastructure, combining compute, storage, networking, and automation into a unified platform.

This model is designed to support the development of so-called “AI factories,” where large-scale machine learning models can be trained and deployed at speed.

The focus on sovereign infrastructure reflects growing demand for locally controlled data and computing resources, particularly in regulated industries and government sectors.

Australia has emerged as a strategic base for the initiative, supported by existing partnerships with major data centre operators and technology providers.

SharonAI has already secured agreements to expand its footprint across the region, including access to significant additional capacity within established data centre networks.

These arrangements are intended to accommodate a substantial increase in high-density GPU deployment over the coming years.
