Emergency services responded to the collision between a Haval Jolion and a Toyota Camry in Tarneit around 1:25 a.m. The Haval reportedly collided with the Camry before crashing into a pole at the intersection of Doherty's Road and Werribee-Melton Road.
The two males from the Haval were transported to the hospital in critical condition, while a third male from the same vehicle sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The occupants of the Camry were unharmed.
Authorities confirmed that the Haval had been stolen on May 10 from a shopping center carpark in Tarneit, and the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
